~Pressure:
Using thumbs, or other methods, to stimulate an accupressure point on the body
~Soothing:
Using the hands with light strokes to stimulate the sensory nerves, allowing the client to relax. Stronger soothing pressure helps with QI (energy) and blood circulations.
~Kneading
Allows deeper work, without discomfort, using a rhythmatic motion, similiar to kneading bread.
~Tapping
Made up of various unique elements, combined with movements from tapping, shaking and vibration.
~Stretching:
Improves blood circulation, range of motion, and over all relaxation.
